The Inspector General of POlice, Dr. George Dampare will appear before the parliamentary committee probing the leak tape on Tuesday September 12, 2023.
Samuel Atta Akyea, chairman of the committee, made this known in an interview with Joy Fm on Sunday. The Hearing with Dampare according to Mr. Atta Akyea will be done in-camera.
He added that allowing the IGP an opportunity to clear his name is the democratic way to address the issue at hand.
