The final farewell for the late gospel icon, Kofi Owusu Dua Anto, fondly known as KODA, will take place on Friday, July 5. The venue will be the KICC on the Spintex Road in Accra. The announcement was made by his family in Takoradi during his one week celebration on Friday.
The one-week observation saw a gathering of gospel luminaries like Pastor Joe Beecham and Uncle Ato paying their respects.
KODA wasn’t just a singer; but a trailblazing producer who etched his name in the annals of Ghanaian music history. His hit songs include ‘Nsempii,’ ‘Nkwa Abodoo,’ ‘Yapai,’ and ‘Adorso’. His music continues to stir the hearts of many with the message of hope and faith.
In honor of his legacy, his family launched a dedicated website, www.kodasmedia.com, to keep friends, fans, and well-wishers informed about his memorial and funeral arrangements.
