Chief Petty Officer I (CPOI) Yeboah Mary of the Ghana Armed Forces is set to launch her latest gospel song, “The Lord Has Spoken,” on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at the Christ Apostolic Church International (CACI), Osu, in Accra.
The launch is expected to attract gospel music enthusiasts, members of the Ghana Armed Forces, family members, friends, colleagues and other well-wishers who will gather to celebrate the latest addition to CPOI Yeboah Mary’s musical journey.
Produced by John Kwaku Ofori Bempong, the song features renowned gospel musician and Ghana Police Service officer, ACP Kofi Sarpong.
Song anchored on faith and hope
“The Lord Has Spoken” is an inspirational gospel song centred on faith, hope and confidence in God.
Through the song, CPOI Yeboah Mary seeks to encourage listeners to trust in God, remain steadfast in their faith and hold firmly to His promises, particularly during difficult and uncertain moments.
The message of the song is intended to serve as a source of encouragement to people facing challenges, reminding them of the importance of maintaining hope and believing in God’s word.
For CPOI Yeboah Mary, the musical project represents more than an entertainment venture. It provides an opportunity for her to use her musical talent to communicate her faith and inspire people from different walks of life.
Navy career meets gospel ministry
The new song also highlights the dual roles played by CPOI Yeboah Mary as a member of the Ghana Navy and a gospel music enthusiast.
Her involvement in gospel music has provided an avenue for her to express her Christian faith while continuing to discharge her professional responsibilities in the Ghana Armed Forces.
The project reflects her desire to reach people through music and encourage them while remaining committed to her duty of serving the nation.
Her military career and musical ministry therefore come together in a project that seeks to demonstrate how professional service and personal faith can coexist and be used to inspire others.
Collaboration with Kofi Sarpong
The collaboration with ACP Kofi Sarpong is expected to add further appeal to the song.
ACP Sarpong, a respected gospel musician and officer of the Ghana Police Service, brings his musical experience to the project, while producer John Kwaku Ofori Bempong is responsible for the production of the song.
The combination is expected to broaden the song’s reach among gospel music enthusiasts and strengthen its musical presentation.
However, CPOI Yeboah Mary says the central purpose of the project remains the message.
She hopes the song will touch lives, strengthen the faith of listeners and remind them to trust in God and His promises even when circumstances appear difficult.
Invitation to public
As she prepares for the launch, CPOI Yeboah Mary has expressed gratitude to God, her family, colleagues, friends and all those who have supported her musical journey.
She has also extended an invitation to members of the public, gospel music lovers, colleagues, family members and well-wishers to join her at the launch and celebrate the new project.
The event at CACI, Osu, is expected to provide an opportunity for supporters to experience “The Lord Has Spoken” and share in what CPOI Yeboah Mary describes as an important milestone in her musical journey.
The launch will also bring together people from the military, gospel music and wider Christian communities, reflecting the broad audience the artiste hopes to reach with her message of faith, hope and trust in God.
