Virginia Palmer, the US ambassador to Ghana, has praised the Ga Mantse, HRM King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, for his remarkable leadership abilities.
According to her, the Ga State ruler continues to display exceptional leadership characteristics that must be acknowledged
During her courtesy visit to the Ga Traditional Council in Accra last Friday, she expressed her immense happiness with the Ga King’s efforts to foster unity among the Ga people.
She especially commended the traditional leader for his conflict resolution approach and also praised his efforts to increase girl-child education.
She used the Ga leader’s reconstruction of King Tackie Tawiah Senior High School as a prime example of a leader who prioritizes the education of girls.
In addition, the Ga Mantse encouraged the US to provide the Ga State with the tools and know-how required to address the waste management problem, a campaign that the traditional leader is already launching.
He thanked the US ambassador and her staff for coming, stating that this would help to maintain the friendly connection between the two offices
